Winikoff ordered the records remain sealed for 15 days while Limbaugh's attorneys pursue their appeal. 12/23/2003 Judge orders Rush Limbaugh’s records to be opened On Dec. 23, a federal judge decided that prosecutors could review Rush Limbaugh’s “confidential” medical records. Limbaugh has filed a motion to stay the decision while an appeal is being filed.
