@thehill @JTSTheHill For many it has come off as desperate;

Karen Ann Campbell Maybe if I could enroll I would. I have had my eligibility

letter since 10/8/2013 and still cannot shop or purchase policies thru your screwed up

website. Your advanced resolution team has been useless and does not return scheduled phone

calls. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yahn Campbell Healthcare sounded so good when other people were paying for it.

Seems like the majority here just realized that they are ‘other people’

Maria Margetan Salway Did an entire application online in October, got to the

signature only to find the system was down. AGAIN on the phone in early Dec (was told I had to

do it over again), the system was down. Yesterday, guess what? The system was down!!! I have

spent probably 8 hours of my life trying to enroll and the system won’t let me! I’m about to

lose my mind!!! FIX IT!!!
