FOR THE MORE ADVENTUROUS RESEARCHERS:
Many of the above documents are from a CD-ROM archive made in the late 1990s. Because of the limits of technology available to us at the time, most of the links to court documents are to PDFs that were generated from optical character recognition (OCR) renderings of scans. This method compromises the original formatting to some degree and also introduces a certain amount to typographical errors.
Later on (around 2004) we had a better scanner and did scan all the original legal documents from AAPS v Clinton which are in a shared folder here:
