The best and perhaps only government oversight mechanism available to the American people—the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)—has yielded more than 3,000 emails sent and received by Dr. Anthony Fauci, who has headed the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) for decades.
Dr. Fauci is the highest paid of 4 million federal employees including the President, (tinyurl.com/3jnx2jt5), and probably the most revered. Howard Bauchner, M.D., then editor-in-chief of JAMA Network, called him a “national treasure” in September 2020 (https://tinyurl.com/4jp9eyuf).
Even after the email release, the Biden Administration press secretary Jen Psaki said that Dr. Fauci has been an “undeniable asset in our country’s pandemic response” and there was no intention to “relitigate emails from 17 months ago.” She did not need to circle back when asked whether there was any circumstance under which Biden would fire Fauci: “No!” (https://tinyurl.com/2hdyfyka). Chris Wallace of Fox News was quick to defend Dr. Fauci, claiming that he sees no actual “smoking gun” in the emails and saying that it’s important to “take the politics out of this” (https://tinyurl.com/24tf7rwf).
Donald Trump asserted that the emails show that the SARS-CoV-2 virus came from the Wuhan lab and demanded that “China should pay Ten Trillion Dollars to America, and the World, for the death and destruction they have caused!” (https://tinyurl.com/jwfjfar8). This misses the main point: what did Dr. Fauci and NIH know about research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), and did they help to fund it?
China probably covered up early cases and destroyed evidence. But the Chinese Communist Party was not in charge of the American pandemic response. That would be the responsibility of American officials, acting on NIH “guidance” supported unquestioningly by academics, medical journals, organized medicine, media, Big Tech censors, and corporate-owned hospitals. Firing the 80-year-old mouthpiece, who was busily appearing on television or answering emails after midnight, would accomplish little.
Laura Ingraham’s “Medicine Cabinet”—Harvey Risch, M.D., Ph.D., Peter McCullough, M.D., M.P.H., and Jay Bhattacharya, M.D., Ph.D.—discussed what Dr. Fauci and NIH got wrong on many issues, and the disastrous results (tinyurl.com/2ba7wamh).
Their policies assured maximum casualties by suppressing early at-home treatment with false claims about dangers of hydroxychloroquine, and recommending therapeutic nihilism based on alleged lack of “adequate” evidence. Meanwhile, Dr. Fauci threw evidence-based medicine and cost-benefit analysis overboard in his gyrations on destructive lockdowns and controversial masks, betting the country on an unprecedented vaccine.
Natural or Laboratory Origin?
The idea that SARS-CoV-2 might have escaped from a laboratory was “strongly condemned” as a “conspiracy theory” in a letter to The Lancet on Feb 19, 2020, drafted by a group of virologists led by Peter Daszak, who declared that they had “no competing interests.” Daszak is, however, president of EcoHealth Alliance, which funded research at WIV. EHA received more than $123 million in grants from the federal government from 2017 to 2020, some from NIAID. The Pentagon funneled almost $39 million to the group since 2013 (tinyurl.com/64249kch).
For 20 years virologists have been creating viruses more dangerous than found in nature. Genetic engineering and “gain of function” research is what their laboratories do. Newer methods of cutting and pasting viral genomes, called “no-see-um” or “seamless” approaches, leave no tell-tale marks of manipulation.
At WIV, scientists led by Shi Zheng-li or “Bat Lady” were using methods taught them by Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina to engineer bat coronaviruses to attack other species, often under Biosafety Level 2 conditions—about as stringent as in a U.S. dental office. It is quite plausible to think that SARS-CoV-2 escaped from this lab, although it can’t be proved because records of Dr. Shi’s work have been sealed, writes Nicholas Wade (Bull Atomic Sci 5/5/21, https://tinyurl.com/4rbswx5d).
The most damning evidence for a laboratory origin is the presence of a double CGG code for arginine in the cleavage site of the SARS CoV-2 spike protein. This coding sequence is rare in nature, but common in the lab, and has not been found in any other coronaviruses (https://tinyurl.com/3xs6z7dt).
Emails showed that Dr. Fauci helped to “debunk” the lab leak theory (https://tinyurl.com/w4c5hbm). In 2012, Dr. Fauci said that the benefit of manipulating bat viruses was worth the risk of a pandemic (tinyurl.com/cj6c5rz7). According to Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, NIH tried to block his department’s investigation of WIV research. Then-acting undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security, Chris Ford, reportedly was also hostile to an investigation. In a January 2021 memo he wrote: “I would also caution you against suggesting that there is anything inherently suspicious…about People’s Liberation Army (PLA) involvement at WIV…. [I]t would be difficult to say that military involvement in classified virus research is intrinsically problematic, since the U.S. Army has been deeply involved in virus research in the United States for many years” (Daily Mail 6/8/21, https://tinyurl.com/ver6urrn).
Dr. Fauci brands the furor over the emails as “nonsense” and told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that “it’s really very much an attack on science” (https://tinyurl.com/32em8j3f).
Early Warning Signals
Early warning systems work only if they are turned on—and only if there is a response.
Vaccine Breakthrough: A total of 10,262 SARS-CoV-2 vaccine breakthrough infections had been reported to CDC as of Apr 30, 2021; among these, 995 patients were known to be hospitalized, and 160 died. Beginning May 1, CDC transitioned to monitoring only cases involving hospitalization or death (https://tinyurl.com/3m2j4p8s). As of Jun 1, 2021, 3016 hospitalized or fatal vaccine breakthrough cases had been reported (tinyurl.com/2utarf79).
VAERS: Data entry into the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System is severely backlogged. Over a few months, the number of entries related to platelet problems increased 17-fold, from 370 to 6290 (jpands.org/vol26no2/merritt.pdf). Data entry and retrieval in the antiquated system is very difficult and time-consuming. One person working with the system estimates that nonetheless 100,000 adverse events are being entered every month (https://tinyurl.com/yrnfddxm). Today, openvaers.com/covid-data lists 5,185 deaths, 571 miscarriages, 3,994 disabled.
Infertility: Infertility from vaccinating the college-age population would not be seen for years. The earliest effect would appear in infertility clinics. After a previously successful egg donor got the COVID shot, zero of 30 embryos from her fourth donation survived past 5 days, and sperm from vaccinated donors were also nonviable (https://tinyurl.com/vk27vedj).
Precedent for Grooming
The term “grooming” is often used for victims of pedophiles. But one member suggested that the Gleiwitz Sender (radio-station) incident might be applied to compulsory vaccination.
German operatives needed dead bodies dressed in enemy (Polish) uniforms as a prop in staging their false-flag Gleiwitz radio-station attack. Those corpses were supposed to serve as “proof” that an enemy assault had occurred and many attackers had been killed by the brave defenders. The problem was how to procure so many dead bodies. Historical accounts are contradictory and mixed with propaganda. Medical details are buried in obscure, difficult-to-access German journals. The corpses were prison inmates, who had reportedly been accustomed to receiving periodic injections of vitamins mixed with low-dose amphetamines and morphine. They learned that those injections didn’t harm them and even made them feel better. On the day of the operation, a toxin was added (likely a mixture of acetonitrile and acetone, resulting in delayed production of hydrogen cyanide). Dead prisoners (“canned goods”) dressed in enemy uniforms were shot to imitate combat wounds. All was done quickly and efficiently with minimal personnel.
Children, parents, and physicians have experience with multiple vaccinations that have (mostly) been harmless. They trust the government and our scientific experts. We are not, after all, prison inmates in a totalitarian country.

Biodistribution of Vaccine Components
The mRNA vaccines contain mRNA coding for SARS-CoV-2 spike protein enveloped in lipid nanoparticles. According to the European Medicines Agency, (only) one biodistribution study, for a different (“surrogate”) type of mRNA that produces luciferase protein, has been carried out in male Sprague-Dawley rats. EMA reviewers stated that “No traditional pharmacokinetic or biodistribution studies have been performed with the [Pfizer] vaccine candidate BNT162b2” (tinyurl.com/5m3wj44m).
Low levels of surrogate mRNA were found in all examined tissues except kidney, including brain, “indicating that the mRNA/LNP platform crossed the blood/brain barrier, although to very low levels” (https://tinyurl.com/483686y3). The virus itself cannot do this. One may ask, what is to stop the immune system from attacking cells such as brain cells that express spike protein? A substantial fraction of VAERS reports involve neurological manifestations.
A FOI request showed that TGA (Therapeutic Good Administration), the Australian drug regulator, did not even request Pfizer raw data (tinyurl.com/fbrph7xa).
Incentive to Diagnose and Treat
Medicare pays hospitals 20% more for patients with a COVID diagnosis. This includes a 20% increase in the average Medicare payment for a respiratory system diagnosis with ventilator support for greater than 96 hours, which was $40,218 (tinyurl.com/v49tpfum). Additionally, hospitals get more money when they treat inpatients with drugs (such as remdesivir) or biologicals approved by FDA for COVID-19 (tinyurl.com/pm4vdrb8). The extra cash helps to sustain the big chains’ buying sprees as they scoop up weakened competitors and physicians’ practices (https://tinyurl.com/4pr6n9s).

Citizens’ Petition to Block Premature Approval
On June 1, a number of prestigious physicians and scientists petitioned the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to require that the vaccine manufacturers provide extensive safety data including “at least 2 years of follow-up of participants originally enrolled in pivotal clinical trials, even if the trials were unblinded and now lack a placebo control,” before approval of any COVID-19 vaccine [emphasis added]. Also needed are:
· Thorough safety assessment of spike proteins produced in-situ by the body, and their full biodistribution and pharmacokinetics;
- Studies of vaccine biodistribution from the administration site;
- Thorough investigation of all severe adverse reactions reported in the U.S. and global pharmacovigilance systems;
- Inclusion of gene delivery and therapy experts in the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC);
- Enforcing stringent conflict-of-interest requirements.

Employees Sue Houston Methodist
Houston Methodist, a seven-hospital system, is being charged with wrongful discharge and violating a federal law dictating “that where a medical product is ‘unapproved’ then no one may be mandated to take it.” The 117 plaintiffs, including nurses, receptionists, technicians, and administrators, are asking for a temporary injunction against the firings. Employees can apply for religious or medical exemptions, but none of the 12 requests were granted. “It is unfortunate,” said CEO Marc Boom, “that the few remaining employees who refuse to get vaccinated and put our patients first are responding in this way” (tinyurl.com/mc6dc9j8).
Plaintiffs include Jennifer Bridges, R.N., who has become the voice of workers who object to mandatory vaccination, and Bob Nevens, the hospital’s former director of corporate risk. Nevens says the hospital was requiring him to be vaccinated even though he doesn’t treat patients and has been working from home for most of the past year. “My right to protect myself from unknown side effects of these vaccines has been placed below the optics of ‘Leading Medicine’” (https://tinyurl.com/3rnj8aup).
TRO Requested to Stop Vax in Children under 16
America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), former Minnesota state senator Scott Jensen, M.D., and others filed for a temporary restraining order in federal court for the Northern District of Alabama against the emergency use authorization (EUA) permitting use of the COVID-19 “vaccines” in children under the age of 16.
AFLDS founder Simone Gold, M.D., J.D., said that these products are not vaccines but are experimental biological agents “whose harms are well-documented (although suppressed and censored) and growing rapidly, and we will not support using America’s children as guinea pigs.”
Plaintiffs will file suit arguing that EUAs should never have been granted and should be revoked immediately, and that numerous laws have been broken in the process of granting these EUAs and pushing the injections on Americans (tinyurl.com/zsmfvyyw).
Indiana Univ Mandate Called Unconstitutional
In a press release and letter to The IU Family for Choice, Not Mandates, the Bopp Law Firm of Terre Haute, IN, states that it believes that IU’s mandate in an unconstitutional violation of students’ rights to bodily integrity and is considering litigation. Duty to Snitch
Effective May 31, 2021, Ohio MDs, DOs, and DPMs will be required to complete one hour of CME prior to license renewal on the topic of the duty to report misconduct under section 4731.224 of the Revised Code. “Examples of misconduct include, but are not limited to, sexual misconduct, impairment, practice below the minimal standards of care, and improper prescribing of controlled substances.” Failure to report a colleague’s misconduct carries a fine of $20,000.
Italy Declares COVID Jab Mandatory for All
An administrative decree of Mario Draghi’s government has been approved by the Sanitary Dictatorship and enacted into law by parliament, making COVID jabs mandatory for all, regardless of religious beliefs. Those who refuse will be denied all medical assistance, in all hospitals and clinics, public and private. Poor people are being denied welfare checks. Any resistance can be deemed violent, and violence deemed a sign of insanity. In past weeks political dissidents have been threatened with or received TSO’s (being taken to a mental asylum) for refusing to comply with Sanitary Dictatorship decrees (tinyurl.com/6ynsw838).
Is Fauci a Distraction?
On May 28, Brian Gerrish, founder of UK Column, gave testimony before the Stiftung Corona Ausschuss, the German-based extraparliamentary inquiry into the medical establishment’s and public policymakers’ handling of the COVID crisis internationally. This was opened to initiate an international class action lawsuit led by attorney Reiner Füllmich.
Gerrish suggested that the Fauci story distracts attention from the critical questions the public is beginning to ask about the fear-based measures that are destroying the world’s middle class, and the dangers of the vaccination campaign—along with the massive urgency to vaccinate children who are at minimal risk from the disease (https://tinyurl.com/pp86p5t9).
Solzhenitsyn’s American Millstone
Millstones grind grain into flour, and the focus in Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s book Between Two Millstones: Exile in America, 1978-1994 is on how the two great political systems of the mid-20th century grind the human soul into dust. The millstone of Western democracy, he warns, simulates the Soviet tyranny. “Western apparatchiks sold their souls to an ideology just as communists did—but without the cynicism” and with confident sanctimoniousness (https://tinyurl.com/c486xetx).

Freedom Is Expendable. The very day we learned of the Houston Methodist lawsuit, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) came out with guidance telling employers they can legally require their employees to get a COVID vaccination (WSJ 5/29/21). The article states: “And employers that are administering vaccines to their employees may also offer incentives as long as the incentives aren’t coercive.” The “incentive” being offered to the plaintiffs is that if they submit to taking the vaccine, they will be allowed to continue earning a living, paying their bills, and feeding their families. How is that not coercive?
Minions at the FDA are currently working hard and fast to provide formal FDA approval of the jabs. That will moot some of the plaintiffs’ arguments. Operation “warp approval” will cut corners and take shortcuts like never seen before. In the meantime, this EEOC proclamation is clearly designed to discourage the flood of lawsuits that they recognize is coming, and to demoralize people to believe there is no hope.
In the lawsuit, David Bernard, CEO of Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital is quoted as saying: “100% vaccination is more important than your individual freedom. Every one of you is replaceable. If you don’t like what you are doing you can leave and we will replace your spot.”
