NJ Health Code Changes Attack Medical Freedom

Dear AAPS Members and Friends in New Jersey,

The NJ Department of Health recently released hundreds of pages of proposed amendments to the state’s health code that could be finalized in coming months.

Unfortunately, the proposals are full of harmful policies that would further erode the rights of patients, families, medical professionals, and all citizens of NJ.  For example, they would decrease the availability of exemptions to vaccine mandates, increase the collection of private medical information by the state, and concentrate power to impose new mandates and rules among unelected bureaucrats.
