On November 14, 2012, AAPS joined with other concerned medical organizations in filing an amicus brief opposing the ObamaCare authorized, HHS contraception mandate. The brief was filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and asks the court to reverse the lower court’s decision in Nebraska vs. HHS.
