The desire of certain human beings to conquer the world and to mold other humans to conform to their will began at the dawn of history. In Aristotle’s time, the worst possible form of government was “tyranny”—defined as the rule of one person, or of a small group of people, in their own interests and according to their will. Totalitarianism only became possible after the emergence of modern science and technology. Herodotus recounts that in Persia it was considered illegal even to think about something that was illegal to do, but the Persians were not able to enforce this, writes Larry Arnn (Imprimis 12/20, tinyurl.com/3tphn3r4).
The totalitarian dystopian novel, featuring constant spying, pervasive indoctrination, and psychological manipulation often supplemented with drugs, is a 20th century phenomenon—which the real world increasingly resembles. In the 21st century, some seek to transcend humanity entirely.
The anticipated Great Reset would bring a world in which giant corporations and government would seamlessly merge. Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, predicts a “fusion of our physical, digital, and biological identities” in his book Shaping the Future of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Microchip and other technology will “lift humanity into a new collective and moral consciousness.” It will allow authorities to “intrude into the hitherto private space of our minds, reading our thoughts and influencing our behavior” (Whistleblower, November 2020).
COVID-19: Facilitating the Transition
Pandemic fears have led people to embrace a 2,000-year-old discovery that forcing people to cover their nose and mouth broke their will and began to delete their individuality. As AAPS past president Lee Hieb Merritt, M.D., points out, rituals of the old religion (Satanism) involve wearing masks, washing hands, and standing in a circle 6 feet apart. Masks are traditional occult symbols of obedience, submission, and transformation.
French philosopher Emmanuel Levinas theorized that human relationship and responsibility spring from an epiphany that occurs primarily in the face-to-face encounter. We dehumanize the enemy by seeing him as faceless (tinyurl.com/y4dhe9tb).
In his 1932 dystopian novel The Worker, Ernst Jünger predicted ubiquitous face masks to enforce conformity. As Thomas Crew explains in his article “The Dystopian Age of the Mask,” our “readiness to obscure the face reflects the dehumanising tendencies that…underlie the modern period, [which]…has a habit of reducing the human being to a functional object. Everything “non-essential”—everything…that makes us human—is blithely discarded.” In 1984, George Orwell described the masses as “[300] million people all with the same face” (tinyurl.com/3wzyxusr).
Human-Digital Interface
Big Tech aims to have everyone interfaced with its computer technology. Tracking that is rationalized as a means of pandemic control can be used to control all contacts. The health or social-credit pass is now in smart phones in Israel, Los Angeles schools, and China. This could be replaced by an implantable microchip, which could contain financial information as well as vaccination and other health data. It could be like an advanced wearable health-monitoring device, or a swipe card that you cannot lose. Members of a Swedish transhumanist community are experimenting with it (https://tinyurl.com/e9yha9e4).
Such technology, which can turn humans into digital assets in the new order, enables a cashless society. One’s ability to buy and sell could be instantly cancelled (tinyurl.com/26apce8m).
To prevent forgeries of “immunity licenses,” Govind Persad and Ezekiel Emanuel suggest cryptographic or biometric-based features (JAMA 5/6/20, https://tinyurl.com/2396xm4f).
Brain-computer interface systems similar to Neuralink “will eventually become vital to the development of augmented reality products” such as “smartglasses,” states Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg (https://tinyurl.com/dt9up7zh).
And what are the implications of “augmented” (virtual) reality? In 1984, Winston Smith believes that truth is grounded in reality. O’Brien corrects him: “…reality is not external. Reality exists in the human mind, and nowhere else. Not in the individual mind, which can make mistakes, and in any case soon perishes: only in the mind of the Party, which is collective and immortal.”
The Human Genome
The mRNA vaccines do not affect the human genome, we are assured. However, Moderna’s chief medical officer, Tal Zaks, states in a TED talk that “we are actually hacking the software of life.” Moderna describes our genes and their transcription into proteins as “our operating system” (tinyurl.com/n9jys4zb) and its vaccine as a “computer operating system” (tinyurl.com/y3zjfcud). Genetic engineering, along with robotics, molecular nanotechnology, and artificial intelligence, is seen as a tool for transforming humanity into a post-human species. “The Covid-19 pandemic is providing gene-based vaccines a chance to break through into the global health market” (https://tinyurl.com/cnfjmzr4). China is in the forefront of the competition, and it reportedly already has the world’s largest database of genetic material—80 million profiles (https://tinyurl.com/539cfxvf). It is collecting more, with coronavirus test kits supplied by a firm financed by Bill Gates (https://tinyurl.com/n7t8z6hb).
What, then, is humanity? Or reality? Or ethics?
Anti-Lockdown Protests Sweep Globe
Greatly underplayed by the American media, protesters chanting “freedom” in several languages took to the streets in some 40 countries on the first anniversary of coronavirus lockdowns. Dr. Simone Gold called it “one of the largest global protests in history” (tinyurl.com/8ruxpv7z). The largest occurred in London, where people were also protesting the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, which will crack down on demonstrations. One London protester said people may ask what it achieves, but “resistance breeds resistance,” and the large numbers of ordinary people instilled a “feeling of hope” he thought many had given up (https://tinyurl.com/y3xb6sy5).
Vaccination Reports
$4 Billion Pledge: The Biden Administration has pledged $4 billion to the COVAX program to purchase 1.3 billion vaccine doses for poor countries and for a no-fault compensation program for vaccine injuries in 92 low- and mid-income countries (https://tinyurl.com/t7yhrn56).
Chinese Vaccine Gambit: Three companies are developing inactivated whole-virus vaccines, and one is using an adenovirus vector to carry the spike gene. Since China now has too few cases to do efficacy testing, it has brokered deals to test in 14 countries. It could probably turn out 1.5 billion doses within a year. “A strategic goal of the Chinese government is to achieve hegemonic influence in the bioeconomy within the next decade.” The vaccine program is helping to build good will for its Belt and Road Initiative, which has been called “ ‘debt-trap’ diplomacy that is a form of neo-colonialism.” (Science 12/11/20).
Mandates: Boris Johnson: “Care home workers will be required by law to have the vaccine.” Vladimir Putin: “Vaccination, of course, is a voluntary decision for every person.”
Ovarian Function: Studies of the effect of COVID vaccines on ovarian reserve are just now beginning. Completion is expected in February 2022 (clinicaltrials.gov).
Astra-Zeneca Product “Safe” despite Blood Clots: Countries
that suspended use because of a higher-than-expected incidence of clotting resumed it after the European Medicines Agency said its benefits continue to outweigh risk—although “causality cannot be excluded” (https://tinyurl.com/b2fetbyt).
W. Daniel Jordan, M.D.: R.I.P.
Dr. W. Daniel Jordan, a vascular surgeon who joined AAPS in 1966, died Mar 11, 2021, at age 86. He was president in 1978-79, treasurer from 2010-2020, and a member of the board of directors in some capacity almost continuously since 1975. He is the author of the AAPS Principles of Medical Ethics. For many years, he was our volunteer meeting planner. A tireless advocate for the sanctity of the patient-physician relationship, his contributions are immeasurable.

Whom Can We Trust?
Johnson & Johnson: J&J has paid billions in criminal settlements and has never produced a vaccine before. Its history includes a “phantom recall” of Motrin 1B tablets; marketing Topamax, Natrecor, and Risperdal for unapproved uses; supplying opioid for making OxyContin (https://tinyurl.com/3ej84se5).

Pfizer: In 2009, Pfizer paid $2.3 billion to settle the largest healthcare fraud case in history because of illegal marketing of Geodon, Zyvox, Lyrica, and Bextra, and submitting claims that did not qualify for payment. Bextra, promoted for uses and at dosages the FDA declined to approve owing to safety concerns, was pulled from the market in 2005 (tinyurl.com/jy8b7emt).
FDA: A whistleblower alleged that FDA “failed to address ‘biohazard nightmare’ at Merck vaccine plant.” It is not even clear whether FDA will require full inspections of manufacturing plants because transparency has been “notably absent in Operation Warp Speed” (https://tinyurl.com/fmpnnpej).
Gilead Sciences: The maker of remdesivir has “21 billion reasons” to discredit hydroxychloroquine, based on its share price. “In the history of medicine, no single drug has been so singularly attacked by the media, World Health Organization, government officials and institutional health experts,” writes James Todaro, M.D., who details Gilead’s influence on clinical investigations and the approval process (https://tinyurl.com/4w8ve2v4).
NIH: Judicial Watch (JW) has sued for records pertaining to grants provided to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (tinyurl.com/rfvwscz8). Previously, JW obtained 300 pages of emails of Dr. Anthony Fauci related to WHO’s support of China’s response to COVID (https://tinyurl.com/xhcknd34).
Merck: After praising its now-out-of-patent drug ivermectin (IVM) since the end of the 1970s, Merck issued a Feb 4 press release claiming there is no scientific evidence for its efficacy in COVID-19 (tinyurl.com/58z696da). Based solely on this press release, Le Moniteur des Pharmacies declared that “ivermectin is out” (https://tinyurl.com/yf6fp4n3). The release was instantly shared by lobbyists. Approval of IVM for COVID would cost the industry about €10 billion, and could disrupt the mass vaccination, tracking, and other globalist campaigns (tinyurl.com/3j85vs). On Jan 25, Merck announced that it was dropping two vaccine candidates because they were inferior to natural immunity, but it is working on an oral antiviral (https://tinyurl.com/52nahcf4) and helping to manufacture the J&J vaccine.

Suspicious Orders Report System (SORS)
A long list of entities, including practitioners (formerly known as physicians), pharmacies, labs, and narcotic treatment programs, are now legally required to report “suspicious orders” of controlled substances to a centralized database (tinyurl.com/vke329vk). “The bar for ‘suspicious’ seems pretty low,” writes Dr. Lawrence Huntoon, “and I anticipate that this will become yet another ‘tool’ in the sham peer review toolbox.”
Teachers Sue over Mandatory COVID Vaccine
Employees of the second-largest school district in the U.S. filed suit last week to prevent the district from mandating COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of employment. Guidance from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) told employees that “You will provide proof of vaccination via the DailyPass.”
DailyPass is a COVID-tracking system developed by Microsoft that will scan employees and students using a barcode before they can enter school each day. It will coordinate health checks, COVID tests, and vaccinations. Data will be reported to public health authorities and LAUSD healthcare collaborators.
Employees were not informed that they must by law have the option to refuse products available only under an Emergency Use Authorization (EAU) (tinyurl.com/kkabt3tk).
The complaint filed by California Educators for Medical Freedom states that the right “to avoid the imposition of human experimentation is fundamental, and has its roots in the Nuremberg Code of 1947.” It is codified in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations and adopted by the California Legislature. “The standard is indeed so universally recognized that it constitutes a jus cogens norm under international law” (tinyurl.com/4rrchmth).
Doctors Destroyed by Criminal Justice System
A longtime urologist and renowned researcher Joseph E. Oesterling, M.D., was acquitted of all criminal charges, but at age 64 left medicine, trained as a mechanic, and bought an auto repair business. His nightmare began with a SWAT-style raid on his practice while he was preparing a patient for a procedure. At the same time, agents were shattering glass to break into his home. He had “helped out” by taking over a family practice until a replacement could be found; many of the patients were on chronic pain meds. After he won his acquittal, he faced new charges of placing false information in patient records, owing to the auto-population features of the electronic health record. At that point, he accepted a plea agreement (https://tinyurl.com/e395srn6).
Two Dallas spine surgeons were convicted, as almost always happens at trial. Dr. Michael Rimlawi was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and Dr. Douglas Won to 5 years. These talented surgeons helped pioneer innovative techniques that cut the risk of infection and sped up recovery. They received payment for referrals to Forest Park Medical Center as part of an allegedly illegal bribery and kickback scheme (tinyurl.com/yhahh6ed). According to AAPS general counsel Andrew Schlafly, Dr. Rimlawi obtained a legal opinion confirming that the practice was lawful before he participated in it, but was prosecuted anyway. Previously, 2 to 3 years was a long sentence for a physician, but longer terms are increasingly common. Is success in medicine now a crime?
Tip of the Month: HIPAA and e-Prescribing. E-prescribing alone does not trigger HIPAA covered entity status because e-prescribing is not a covered transaction. HHS has not defined standards for e-prescribing. HHS provides a list of what it considers to be covered transactions (https://tinyurl.com/688jth6v). Generally, standard transactions are those that involve an insurance inquiry, transaction, claim, or authorization for payment. They do not usually include electronic transmissions unrelated to insurers. A 2014 publication from AmeriCares states: “Even though e-prescribing involves an electronic transaction that contains health information, it is not a standard transaction for purposes of HIPAA.” However, if the e-prescribing software you use is also used to electronically handle a prior authorization with the insurer, then it might trigger HIPAA because prior authorizations are a covered transaction type. But if insurance is not involved then that likely won’t be an issue. Or the doctor could perhaps not enter any insurance information into the e-prescribing tool and let the pharmacy handle that on its end.
Israel Sued in International Criminal Court
Anshei Emet (People of Truth) has filed suit in The Hague, asserting that Israel’s warp-speed vaccination campaign is a medical experiment that violates the Nuremberg Code and is a crime against humanity. It asks the court to demand an immediate stop to the vaccination campaign, a repeal of sanctions against those who do not take the vaccine, and a cancellation of Israel’s agreement with Pfizer. The suit even claims that “the Ministry of Health openly admitted that 41% of police persons, military, education and medical personnel who were vaccinated suffered severe side effects and life-endangering” (tinyurl.com/vnyph2xu).
Compensation for Vaccine Injuries
Medical countermeasures for COVID-19 are covered under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) of 2005. The PREP Act provides immunity from legal liability for manufacturers, distributors, program planners, licensed health professionals, and others authorized to administer a vaccine, except for “willful misconduct.” It authorizes a Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), distinct from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) that applies to FDA-approved products. CICP claims must be filed within 1 year of the injury, and are adjudicated by an administrative, not a judicial process. Available benefits include unreimbursed medical costs for serious physical injuries, lost employment income, and survivor death benefits—but not legal costs. The standard of proof for a vaccine-related injury is higher than in the VICP, and rests on results of blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled trials.
The CICP received 494 claims related to a covered countermeasure in the 2009 influenza A/H1N1 epidemic; 450 claims were deemed ineligible for compensation. Since the program began, compensation has been provided for only 29 claims totaling more than $6 million (JAMA 2/23/21, tinyurl.com/35jdcdnh).
“To date, the authorized vaccines appear to be extraordinarily safe. People should understand that the benefit for individuals and for society far exceeds the risk of harm from a vaccine,” concludes author H. Cody Meissner, who is a member of two government advisory committees on vaccines.

“Normal” Side Effects. A nurse volunteer in a phase 3 trial for the Pfizer vaccine experienced a fever of 104.9, the highest in her life, a splitting headache, and injection site pain so severe she could hardly move her arm. She said we need to fight vaccine misinformation and make people understand that what they may experience is normal. Clinicians “should reassure patients that the symptoms come because the body is training itself to fight the virus” (tinyurl.com/j2nkprwu). But there are many things that we don’t know, such as what effects the vaccine may have on people with autoimmune disorders. A fever of 105 could worsen an underlying condition, sometimes permanently. Remember that some patients subjected to the hot bath test to diagnose multiple sclerosis never recovered from the deficits it provoked.

Drop by Drop. “Gutta cavat lapidem, non vi sed saepe cadendo” (a drop cuts through stone not by force, but by constant dripping), wrote Ovid. The tool used to replace capitalism with communism was disinformation, drop by daily drop, aided by a Marxist media, corrupt politicians, and corrupt teachers, over a long period of time, carving permanent holes, and building mighty stalactites and stalagmites, in cavernous darkness, away from the sanitizing sunlight. This was explained by Gen. Ion Mihai Pacepa, the highest ranking Soviet Bloc defector to the West. Gen. Pacepa called disinformation the “bubonic plague” of our modern life. Stalin used disinformation to “dispossess a third of the world and to transform it into a string of gulags.” Unimaginable wealth had been confiscated and 100 million political dissenters and innocents killed to facilitate such theft of wealth and power. In America, communist disinformation has over many decades manipulated all religions, public education, politics, all levels of government, the military, mainstream media, books, magazines, Hollywood, and higher education. It will take generations to reverse the dangerous trend once the web of deceit has been spun so masterfully.

Reduce Air-borne Spread. Advice from Dr. Quinyang Chen, professor of mechanical engineering at Purdue, editor-in-chief of Building and Environment, and expert on HVAC systems: Most rooftop systems for small commercial buildings and unitary systems for hotels and dormitories could have 100% intake of fresh outside air; check your system. Install non-stop exhaust fans in toilets and waiting rooms—you certainly want those risk areas to have a lower pressure. Always close the toilet lid before flushing.

Nothing Happens Naturally Anymore. A line from a 1972 book entitled The Master, a collection of autobiographical stories by Bryan MacMahon, seems very applicable to life in 2021: “For the first eleven years of my life Ireland was part of the British Empire, with all the indignities that connoted. I then experienced the first fever of liberty; I now dread the new imperialism of materialism, its prime weapon manipulation. In my bones and brain I am convinced that nothing happens naturally any more, that everything and everyone is engineered by schemers and conditioned by image, projection, package, and presentation.”

Warning Ignored. At age 94, during my months of quarantine in my independent living facility, I am recording my reminiscences, my thoughts from the “old school.” In the 1970s, I was much criticized by my peers because I warned them that the insurance that was providing them income never before considered possible was going to become their master. They were blinded by those incomes. They abandoned their leadership roles in hospitals and national, state, and local medical societies. My recommendation to start a unified society of M.D.s and D.O.s to challenge government and corporate entry into medical care received no support.

The mRNA Vaccines. The Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna COVID vaccines insert genetic material into your cells, and as Bill Gates has described it, “you essentially turn your body into its own manufacturing unit”: you become a spike protein factory. You literally become a GMO. This approach will generate immunity, but could possibly result in long-term auto-immune reactions. We just don’t know.
GMO crops produce better yields, yet many people are suspicious and only buy foods that say “non-GMO” on their labels. I wonder whether those people will take a vaccine that turns them into GMOs, or will they remember the purple cow poem and think: “I never saw a GMO,/ I never hope to see one;/ But I can tell you, anyho’,/ I’d rather see than be one.”
