Volume 82, no. 2 February 2026
Suppose that the goal is to destroy the United States of America as a free nation: to demolish its traditions, to replace its population with “diverse” hostile foreigners, and to establish totalitarian rule by a global regime. How might this be done?
Something worse than tyranny is chaos. If crime and public disorder reached a level that threatened most people, even civil libertarians and states-rights advocates might all clamor for a Gestapo if they thought it kept them safe. Once entrenched, “one-time” “emergency” powers never go away.
The emergency of illegal immigration, a high “MAGA” priority, is the rationale for aggressive enforcement action by masked, heavily armed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. State and local law enforcement in “sanctuary” jurisdictions refuse to cooperate—or even obstruct the agents. Large crowds of “protesters” are braving sub-zero temperatures in Minneapolis, and sympathetic protests are springing up around the country—especially since two civilians were fatally shot by agents.
The Administration reacted very quickly, calling the shooting victims “domestic terrorists,” and asserting that ICE actions were necessary self defense. Review of bystander-recorded video from different camera angles showed different possible interpretations. Nurse Alex Pretti has been portrayed very negatively on right-wing social media, which stooped to faking AI images, but even if he was as bad as portrayed, how does one justify shooting a disarmed man who is lying on the ground—10 times?
ICE agents have reportedly arrested American citizens and persons in the country legally, while terrorizing children with a display of assault weapons. One elderly man was reportedly forced from his home in frigid weather in his underwear, while his grandson cried, and eventually released without an apology.
Is this America? Even strong MAGA supporters wonder. Federal agents must respect human rights and decency and be held accountable. Errors must be acknowledged and corrected. The Administration has toned down “domestic terrorist” accusations and replaced leadership of deportation efforts in Minnesota.
While some actions of MAGA deserve criticism, the demonstrations are not spontaneous political protests against tyranny. They are extremely well organized, with a playbook used for insurgency: spotters, cutouts, dead drops, disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties (https://tinyurl.com/427tyx86). Unlike protesters in the Civil Rights era, when activists cooperated with law enforcement and the goal was to get peacefully arrested to prove a point, these activists try to interfere with agents, intimidate, dox, and harm them.
Is Minneapolis an attempt to provoke a “color revolution” to tear down the system and take control of a new system, as Tucker Carlson suggests (https://tinyurl.com/4djx9kws)? As former leftist radical Michael Shellenberger points out, the militia structure organized in Minneapolis is trying to take policing power away from the state. It can somehow run license plates and get information from rental car companies. It’s clearly “an agenda to essentially unmake Western civilization” (ibid.).
Paul Krugman agrees that this is a color revolution, which he applauds. He claims that “ordinary people are ready to save democracy” from “Donald Trump and his MAGA regime.” They are enduring hardship and taking risks “out of a sense of civic duty and care for their fellow man.” There are no hidden paymasters or puppeteers, he asserts (https://tinyurl.com/235vj5xy).
A medical worker who is taking a leave of absence to escape Minneapolis for few weeks asserts the contrary. She says that she and her husband fear “protesters,” ICE, and local police as they drive to work or shopping. Most of the protesters (or rioters) are not “empathetically suicidal.” They are not protecting their neighbors, or criminals, or a lofty ideal—but rather their paycheck.
The unprecedented Somali corruption scandal is decades old. Somalis brought capital in the form of gold, dollars, drugs, and diamonds, and started a variety of illegal enterprises, including but not limited to taxpayer money-draining schemes such as fake child-care facilities. Government officials are bribed, and citizens are “employed” as shills. Somalis and their proxies infiltrated police, social services, politics, and city administration. They are a major industry there. An Elliot Ness and “Untouchables” are needed.
Illegal Immigration
A massive influx of migrants, both legal and illegal, depresses wages, increases housing costs, and stresses the medical, educational, and social support systems. No country can survive an unlimited number of entrants, nor maintain its identity if most are from an incompatible culture. It is predicted that the majority population—white, Christian—will be in a minority in a few decades. Asking “cui bono?” about illegal immigration would certainly include those ideologically aiming for population replacement.
Reducing the illegal population without SWAT teams simply requires removing incentives. No welfare, no food stamps, no free housing, no free college, and no free medical care except as is available to indigent Americas in a true emergency. The federal government must withhold funds to states that do not enforce eligibility requirements. It should also cut funding and revoke tax exemptions for NGOs (supposed “charities”) that use taxpayers’ money to “resettle” migrants and help them evade the law. The biggest incentive might be unlawful employment (see p 2).
We must save our country—as America.
The Gestapo: Historical Background
The German Gestapo, while evil and ruthless, kept people who were loyal to the regime safe by being efficient, precise, and discreet. Its members wore no military uniforms and struck at night, avoiding noise and public drama. They replaced the chaos of the Weimar Republic with deadly yet quiet terror. Shamefully, the majority of Germans accepted this bloody tradeoff. (Dams et al. The Gestapo: Power and Terror in the Third Reich).
But what if one type of chaos is replaced with bedlam that is theatrically noisy, haphazardly messy, inhumanely cruel towards both criminals and innocents, and utterly inefficient? That societal reaction is happening now. It is opposed both by the mob and those who know that the cure must not be worse than the disease.
Political Ideology in MN
Peggy Flanagan, Lieutenant Governor:
“If you are sick and tired of your government being ransacked by Donald Trump and his minions,…put your body on the line and use nonviolent direct action.”
“Minnesota Nice too often means that we gloss over the deep inequities that exist in our state…. We’ve got a really incredible state.—if you’re white…. [Otherwise] the opposite is true.” [She claims to be Native American.] “I’m not interested in just making a policy change here and there, but we also need to be in a place where we call white supremacy, white supremacy.”
Attorney General Keith Ellison is the first Muslim to serve in the U.S. Congress, and the first black person from Minnesota. He helped prosecute Devin Chauvin for what he called the “horrific,” “wicked,” “callous” “murder” of George Floyd (https://tinyurl.com/nhk7e65x). His office has filed more than 50 lawsuits against the Trump Administration related to immigration law enforcement (https://tinyurl.com/2s3aj4zk).
Mayor Jacob Frey ordered ICE to “get the **** out of Minneapolis” and refuses to allow local law enforcement officials to cooperate with ICE (https://tinyurl.com/bbxzr9e9).
Gov. Tim Walz claims that ICE is leading to Nazi death camps, and children will be killed like Anne Frank. His point, states Carlson, is not to push back against ICE overreach, but to allow chaos to continue. Managed chaos is the Bolshevik model.
The Mafia Model
Minneapolis features fake Somali enterprises and Somali gangs. But transnational organized crime infests immigrant-owed “businesses” in many other cities: e.g., restaurants with no kitchens (some do have customers) or 42 “hospices” in a 4-block area in Los Angeles (https://tinyurl.com/yy4ewskv). Authorities turn a blind eye to these probable money laundries.
“We do not want a church that will move with the world. We want a church that will move the world. The great marches of civilization have not come from the clever, the adaptable, or the fashionable. They have come from men who stood still while the rest of the world rushed past them, and who held fast to certain moral truths as to a rock. Progress itself depends upon the retention of permanent things. A civilization is not destroyed by wicked men; it is destroyed by weak men who cannot defend what is good.”
G.K. Chesterton
Goliath vs. David
The most significant factor in the mass influx of migrants, legal and illegal, might be corporations seeking cheap, compliant labor—especially in agriculture, meat packing, construction, hospitality, and caregiving. Businesses are supposed to file I-9s on new workers, or use the e-verify system to check eligibility to work in the U.S. Because of fake credentials and lax enforcement, there are unknown numbers of illegals employed.
The statutory penalties for hiring unauthorized workers have increased, with maximum civil fines for repeat offenders now approaching $29,000 per violation. Under the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), penalties rose from less than $46,480 annually between 2003 and 2006 to more than $30 million in criminal fines, restitutions, and civil judgments from Oct 1, 2006, to Jul 31, 2007 (https://tinyurl.com/ms43pbv2).
The practical application of these fines disproportionately affects small to mid-sized contractors such as landscaping firms (“Davids”) while largely failing to pierce the corporate shields of major agricultural and industrial conglomerates.
Data indicates a surge in I-9 audits in 2025, yet criminal prosecutions of high-level executives remain statistically rare, reinforcing a culture of impunity at the highest levels of American commerce. The machinery of enforcement is now capable of utilizing data analytics and “audit surges” to precisely guide ICE raids—yet the outcome remains about the same. Apparently, the Molochs/Goliaths of corporate giants now view fines not as existential threats, but as manageable operating expenses.
While more than 85,000 prosecutions for illegal entry occurred in 2018-2019, large companies pay millions of dollars in forfeitures in exchange for non-prosecution agreements.
The legal standard of “constructive knowledge” creates a perverse incentive: employers are encouraged to verify documents just enough to satisfy the “good faith” requirement, but not so rigorously that they actually discover unauthorized status, which would trigger liability for “knowing hire” or discrimination laws if they are too aggressive. There is also a symbiotic relationship between “constructive knowledge” standards and the use of staffing agencies. Large corporations effectively insulate themselves from liability by outsourcing recruitment.
No-shows for work if an ICE raid is expected suggests that this shadowy evasion tactic has evolved from sporadic cases to a documented standard survival strategy.
For a detailed analysis, see https://aapsonline.org/pdfs/Goliaths-Immunity-and-Davids-Vulnerability.pdf.
American workers face depressed wages, and businesses face unaffordable rents in competition with fronts for tax theft or money laundering. Meanwhile, ICE pursues abuelas and tourists. The double standard destroys respect for law enforcement.

Minnesota Fraud
Even before the current public attention focused on Minnesota, the FBI was surging resources there to investigate the $250 million Feeding Our Future scheme that siphoned federal food aid intended for children during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The case has already resulted in 78 indictments and 57 convictions, with prosecutors also charging defendants in a separate plot to bribe a juror with $120,000 in cash. Concerns broadened to several fraud schemes proliferated in parts of Minnesota’s Somali community.
An X account calling itself Minnesota Staff Fraud Reporting Commentary, which says it consists of more than 480 Minnesota state staff members, blames Gov. Walz, claiming that he “systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports.” Also, he disempowered the Office of the Legislative Auditor, allowing agencies to disregard its audit findings and guidance (https://tinyurl.com/3vxzh5d4).
Viral video footage shows a site with a sign “Quality Learing [sic] Center, with no visible activity though it is reportedly supposed to account for 99 children and received roughly $4 million in state funds. Much of the alleged social services fraud is reportedly tied to the Somali community in the Twin Cities (https://tinyurl.com/59wh24yy), though many others are also guilty.
Epstein Files, Pandemics, and Global Governance
The public became preoccupied with the salacious details in the Epstein files (www.justice.gov/epstein). But a puzzling document of a different nature has been buried within those files: a 14-page JPMorgan proposal called Project Molecule (https://tinyurl.com/y6uuxb87).
Its content has been interpreted in many ways, but in brief it describes a formal JPMorgan proposal for partnership with the Gates Foundation. Its stated purpose was to create a specialized investment vehicle to handle billions in assets committed by wealthy donors to “the Giving Pledge,” a campaign started by Gates and Buffett. The proposal focused on (1) Scalable Structuring (robust “support organizations” for “foreign private charitable foundations” to move into the global arena); (2) Efficient Financial Operations (managing “pooled investments” to allow donors to track their individual gift performance while commingling funds for investment efficiency); and (3) “Prudent” Legal/Tax handling (cleverly navigating IRS loopholes and charitable deduction limits for billionaire donors).
The hypocrisy was palpable. The financial instrument made for alleged charity was constructed to yield maximal profit to self-proclaimed philanthropists.
The document itself looks like a mundane bank proposal, but some (tinyurl.com/45arzv6v, tinyurl.com/3xdmd8aj) have argued that that because the Gates Foundation heavily funds global health and vaccine initiatives, a massive, privately managed financial structure effectively creates a “privately controlled system of global health finance.” While the document itself does not contain such language it can imply exactly that, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Indeed, “charity” can be immensely profitable and a path to enormous power. A pandemic is a great business opportunity. Treating with repurposed drugs is not in the business plan. As John Leake writes, it would be like telling Lockheed Martin that their new $1.6 trillion F-35 fighter jet program would not be necessary because a cheap modification of existing jets would achieve the same result.
Many focus on Epstein’s sexual compulsions, but he was also a compulsive “collector of friendships” with celebrities, prominent politicians, financiers, and scientists. Deliberately or accidentally, he created the nexus between the world’s most important figures and financial institutions, many of which are engaged in the construction of a planetary financial control system, including digital currency. The system claims the moral authority of 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), e.g., climate action, health system design, and investment in drugs and vaccines.
Some dignitaries may have been lured to Epstein’s Island by the implied promise of illicit sex with Epstein victims, but what if this was not the island’s main enterprise? What if power brokerage was? Economic power exchange hubs are hard to find outside of Davos. To find young women recruited into sexual depravity, just check out a college campus near you.
Tip of the Month. Law enforcement typically needs an official signed warrant or similar document before compelling a physician to turn over medical records about patients suspected of wrongdoing, unless there is an emergency. But for Medicaid patients, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has obtained access to government records about these patients. If there is a surprise visit to your office by any type of law enforcement, you have the right to consult first with an attorney before voluntarily answering questions, and can request that all questions be in writing.
Transgender Treatment at Risk
In the first successful malpractice verdict in a case involving “gender-affirming” surgery in a minor, a New York jury awarded $2 million to Fox Varian (Varian v. Einhorn). She had been subjected to bilateral mastectomy at age 16 on advice that this would help her multiple mental health issues. Numerous other cases are in the pipeline (https://tinyurl.com/m9tc9kvj). Importantly, jurors were not asked to consider whether minors should be able to undergo transgender surgeries.
After the decision, the American Medical Association reversed its position on transgender surgery for minors. Just months ago, in criticizing the Supreme Court ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti, which effectively allowed states to ban such surgeries, AMA President Dr. Bobby Mukkamala said: “The AMA opposes efforts by the government to insert itself into the patient-physician relationship and interfere in clinical decision-making with no regard for the clinical standards of care.” Dr. Mukkamala has strongly supported the benefits of treatments such as puberty blockers. This case “should hasten the unraveling of the manufactured consensus activists have promoted,” said Kurt Miceli, M.D., of Do No Harm (https://tinyurl.com/34due993).
AMA now tells the Daily Caller News Foundation that evidence for gender-affirming surgical intervention in minors is “insufficient for us to make a definitive statement” (https://tinyurl.com/99eyax). The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), which opposes this surgery in minors, also said there was “insufficient” support for placing children on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones (http://tinyurl.com/99eyax).

Agenda for New York. In her State of the State message (https://tinyurl.com/uzxbtdh5), Gov. Hochul proposes that New York establish its own immunization requirements based on recognized medical organization recommendations, to set “science-based” standards for school eligibility and insurance coverage regardless of federal policy changes. She also wants the state to control pain management and to enhance the use of AI in the practice of medicine. (AI does not need a license to practice.)

Dispossession. The world is no longer within normal parameters. Consider rising crime, wage stagnation, failing schools, dysfunction in the medical system, later family formation if at all, blonde gang-rapes in Sweden, pub closures in England…. In the old journalistic formula, the “who” is generally the best guide. Minneapolis can stand for almost the entire west. One expects that a “great world city” such as London or New York or Paris might be vulnerable to a surfeit of diversity, but not Minneapolis. Yet it happened—and, as evidenced by the scenes on the streets, half your neighbors appear to be willing to take a bullet to keep it happening. The Land of 10,000 Quality Somali Lear[n]ing Centers, Minnesota, is no longer uninteresting, as in the Chinese curse. The existential question is whether enough of our kith will abandon enough of their fever dreams in enough time to enable enough of a course-correction.

Diminishing Science. A study published in Nature analyzed 41 million research papers across the natural sciences and found something that should unsettle anyone who believes AI will revolutionize scientific discovery. Yes, scientists who adopt AI tools publish three times more papers and receive nearly five times more citations. But the collective range of scientific topics under investigation shrinks by nearly 5%, and researchers’ engagement with one another’s work drops by 22%. The tools that turbocharge individual scientists appear to be narrowing science as a whole.
AI isn’t accelerating science so much as optimizing scientists to thrive in an already-broken reward system. Scientists spend roughly 45% of their time on administrative requirements. The process incentivizes short-term incremental projects with fairly predictable results rather than exploration of novel ideas. It homogenizes thought. Institutions reward measurable production—not progress.

Americanism. In 2021, I realized that political divisions in this country were no longer between Republican and Democrat, but between the traditional American way and something that has emerged culturally over the past decade that is oppositional to Americanism. This new vision is a merger of socialism and the new world order led by globalist, corporatist elites. It perverts the American way of life into a globalist’s playpen of unregulated crony capitalism for the global transnational corporations, and a command economy of restrictions for the rest of us, in which free speech is limited to state-approved speech via controls, restrictions, and outright censorship of the digital space. One appropriate term for this new merger could be called progressive socio-fascism. If we do not guard our great nation from these globalist zealots, it is just a matter of time before the UN and the World Economic Forum (WEF) will hold the reins of power throughout the western world; maybe the entire world. The UN and the WEF have established a strategic partnership to implement the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Maintaining the integrity of our borders, our nation, our culture, and our rule of law is paramount. As Theodore Roosevelt said in 1894, “There is one quality which we must bring to the solution of every problem—that is, an intense and fervid Americanism.” Americanism can be defined as a belief in, devotion, loyalty, or allegiance to the U.S.A., as well as respect for its flag, traditions, customs, culture, symbols, institutions, and form of government.

America’s Street Unrest. What is unfolding in Minneapolis is not spontaneous unrest. It is a repeatable, well-funded political operation, one that activates whenever federal law is enforced and retreats behind euphemisms the moment accountability is demanded. Multiple outlets and congressional committees have reported that organizations aligned with progressive and far-left causes provided logistical and financial support to groups involved in anti-ICE protests, some of which escalated into riots. In October 2025, the House Ways and Means Committee formally requested that the IRS examine tax-exempt organizations suspected of funding illegal or destabilizing activities, citing repeated failures to operate in accordance with their stated charitable purposes (https://tinyurl.com/33v5fbjd). Money does not need to be earmarked “for riots” to functionally enable unrest. When national protest infrastructure is funded at scale, the line between “advocacy” and “coordination” becomes indistinguishable, especially when demonstrations coincide with property damage and assaults on law enforcement.
