AAPS News March 2022 – SOTU, Unity, and War

Volume 78, no. 3  March 2022

President Biden proclaimed his first State of the Union message to be about setting a “unity agenda” for the nation. The nation is indeed sharply divided—between those standing for freedom and those accepting totalitarian measures on the pretext of fighting a virus. Biden did not acknowledge this state of war on Americans and their guaranteed Constitutional liberties. Instead, he led with the war in Ukraine (https://tinyurl.com/2p8u6x37).

Have our congressional representatives ever before waved  foreign flags at a presidential address? Sen. Chuck Schumer wore a blue jacket with a yellow tie; one woman displayed a Ukrainian blue and yellow scarf. “We stand with Ukraine” is the bipartisan message—without stating just how far that goes, if say a Russian steps one inch over the border of an Article 5 NATO country. Biden promises to defend every square inch of NATO with “the full force of our collective power.” He listed American ground forces, air squadrons, and ship deployments. He did not mention nuclear weapons—but Putin did.

Anyone who dares to disturb unity by raising a question about the Ukrainian narrative is likely to be accused of being pro-Putin—just as those who question the COVID-19 narrative are for disease and death—and is likely to be canceled.

Notably, those who have Ukrainian flags on their Twitter profiles and seem willing to risk war for nationalism, borders, gun rights, civil liberties, and free speech for Ukraine have no problem with sacrificing these things for Americans.

Vladimir Putin has always been an oligarch and ruthless dictator, like so many world leaders. This didn’t seem to bother most Americans during the Obama “reset.” Russophobia was ginned up by Democrats’ and media allegations that Trump colluded with the Russians to defeat Hillary  Clinton.

Putin is also a Russian nationalist who opposes Wokeism and its anti-Western civilization, pro-LGBTQ++ ideology.

Americans did not care about Ukraine when Stalin was starving kulaks and seizing their land. Most gave no thought to any of the Captive Nations before the Soviet empire fell, and probably even less to former Warsaw Pact members afterward. Why now?

Is it moral sensibility about a bigger country invading a smaller country, as Kamala Harris explained (tinyurl.com/bdsrr9jd)?

There was no similar, apparently coordinated world outcry over Hong Kong, Yugoslavia, Iraq, or Georgia, and one is unlikely over Taiwan, if China invades that island.

Non-military Coercion

The Biden Administration is relying on economic sanctions. The threat did not deter an invasion, but will increasingly severe pressure cause Russia to surrender? As Biden said, “We are cutting off Russia’s largest banks from the international financial system, preventing Russia’s central bank from defending the Russian ruble.” He boasted that the ruble has already lost 30% percent of its value, and the Russian stock market, 40%.

This economic warfare may inconvenience the oligarchs but will seriously harm the Russian people. If Russia is excluded from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) (https://tinyurl.com/4brv8s4r), retaliation will possibly end the reign of the petrodollar (p 2).

Other Crises

Ukraine has displaced the 24-hour scare coverage of COVID-19, as well as the Pfizer documents revealing the adverse effects of its vaccine. Dr. Anthony Fauci seems to have vanished from the limelight, likely because of polling data showing that Americans are fed up (https://tinyurl.com/bddwm34w). Some mandates are being rolled back, but Biden is not lifting the declaration of emergency or the CMS vaccine mandate. Biden takes credit for an alleged economic recovery, but no responsibility for the destruction, saying that few pieces of legislation had “done more at a critical moment in our history to lift us out of crisis” than his American Rescue Plan. It provided economic relief and “fueled our efforts to vaccinate the nation and combat Covid-19.”

If Congress will just pass his bills, he pleaded, we can revitalize American manufacturing and fight inflation by “lowering costs.” He said we can “cut energy costs for families an average of $500 a year by combating climate change”—another existential crisis, in the name of which, according to Sen. Ted Cruz, Biden  imposes harsher restrictions on American than on Russian oil.

What Are the Two Sides?

“In the battle between democracy and autocracies, democracies are rising to the moment, and the world is clearly choosing the side of peace and security,” Biden said. Or is it the side of a global totalitarian technocracy that rules by fear?

What is Ukraine? A free, independent, prosperous democracy? Or a World Economic Forum/NATO puppet after a NATO-engineered putsch with regime change in 2014 (tinyurl.com/yckpzkr8), and a money-laundering center for corrupt billionaires? Ukrainians have been fleeing since 2014 (tinyurl.com/3xr43snr), becoming low-wage servants to less-impoverished people as in Poland. Heroic Ukrainians are fighting for their homes, but what is the agenda of those who are promoting war?

The real war is against Western civilization, sovereign nations, and self-government that protects individual rights. Watch what the magician’s other hand is doing behind a blue and yellow flag.

Financial Warfare

The Russian convoy slowly approaching Kyiv is getting more mainstream media attention than the truck convoy to Washington, D.C., or the one that converged on Ottawa. The latter is also, although entirely peaceful, deemed a threat to the regime, triggering the Canadian Emergencies Act (formerly the War Measures Act). This forbids participation in, travel to, or hosting on private property assemblies deemed “unlawful.” It also orders financial institutions to cease dealing with anyone involved in funding these protests (https://tinyurl.com/2p8h3764).

While the government is unable to account for $600 billion in public spending, Canada’s deputy prime minister and finance minister Chrystia Freeland can find out who donated $20 to truckers and may freeze their bank accounts. Trudeau’s government has shut down 39 trucking companies in Ontario for participating on the convoy. The names of the companies and proceedings are secret (https://tinyurl.com/2s35vzn3).

Total financial war on Russia has followed Western examples.

Conservative pundit Michelle Malkin was banned from Airbnb for speaking at an American Renaissance conference (tinyurl.com/bdh9z9fe). Less than a month later, all Russians were booted. For years, social media has banned conservative voices; now the whole of Russia is banned. Why can’t Fox News be canceled too? Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal are suspending operations in Russia—are Red States next?

What are the consequences—intended  and unintended—of economic warfare? Is it a great thing to destroy Russia’s economy and impoverish her people? Overnight, Russia’s $630 billion in currency “reserves” were declared worthless. If the dollar is revocable, whether it “belongs” to someone who honked a horn in Ottawa, “enabled” an illegal protest, or is defined as an “oligarch”—or to a bank in a sanctioned country, who will hold American currency (tinyurl.com/mupxk85w)?

The dollar is hardly fighting from a position of strength. Its share of trade settlements between Russia and China slipped from 90% in 2015 to 46% in 2020 (tinyurl.com/2p85ss66). Visa and Mastercard might be replaced with Russia’s Mir system and China’s UnionPay (https://tinyurl.com/2p8fsv4n).

The barrage of sanctions amounts to the “weaponization” of dollar-based money, as described by former Société Générale strategist Dylan Grice: “You only get to play the card once,” he tweeted. “China will make it a priority to need no USD before going for Taiwan. It’s a turning point in monetary history” (https://tinyurl.com/mr3stny9).

As the ruble crashes, what happens to creditors who are paid in rubles (https://tinyurl.com/4fswvkzn), and to American public pension plans, which may be heavily invested in Russia (https://tinyurl.com/3hc4y4xk)?

The collapse of the world banking system’s house of cards might usher in a global digital currency. If people have one digitized account as envisioned by the World Economic Forum, tied to their record of vaccination, travel, and ESG   (environmental, social, and governmental) score, their spending could be minutely controlled, and they could even be depersoned. They will own nothing—and will they be happy?

“A person may cause evil to others not only by his action but by his inaction, and in either case he is justly accountable to them for the injury.”

John Stuart Mill

Not in the News

As of Mar 1, Pfizer has released 150 documents comprising 50,000 pages pertaining to its COVID-19 vaccine—which it had tried to keep secret for 75 years. They are posted at https://phmpt.org/pfizers-documents/. Document 5.3.6, Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports (https://tinyurl.com/y6z4rvzp), states that there were 42,086 case reports (25,379 medically confirmed and 16,707 non-medically confirmed) containing 158,893 events. An underreporting factor was not calculated but could be as high as 100. Appendix 1 is a 9-page tightly packed list of “adverse events of special interest.” Steve Kirsch in his preliminary analysis (tinyurl.com/3ujdeus8) writes that there is nothing that should surprise those who have read the VAERS reports, but this should be harder to ignore.

Checking Compliance

At the World Economic Forum, Albert Bourla discussed the “first electronic pill” approved by the FDA. It contains an electronic chip that sends a signal once the pill is dissolved in the stomach so that one knows the patient has taken the drug (tinyurl.com/m68a6j9j). Much more reliable than pill counting!

Who’s Who

Albert Bourla, D.V.M., holds a Ph.D. in the biotechnology of reproduction, worked with Pfizer for 25 years, holding many senior global positions, and became CEO in 2019. He is an agenda contributor to the World Economic Forum.

Chrystia Freeland is keeping some bank accounts frozen even after Trudeau lifted the Emergencies Act.  For years, she misled Canadians about her Ukrainian grandfather’s work as a Nazi propagandist. In 2014, while working in Moscow as a financial journalist, she was blacklisted for advocating western sanctions against Russia. Since 2019, she has been a member of the board of trustees of the World Economic Forum, and she is working on an authorized biography of George Soros (tinyurl.com/2p938da6).

Volodymyr Zelenskyy was elected president of Ukraine in a landslide victory in 2019, on a promise to ease tensions with Russia. He is lionized by the international press as a fearless hero fighting for democracy, but some call him a NATO puppet and note that tensions with Russia have only worsened steadily (tinyurl.com/5a4uwrbr). He admires Justin Trudeau (tinyurl.com/yckjh3brand). Zelenskyy proposed that the WEF become a stakeholder in the “new Ukraine” (tinyurl.com/3hnvxnsb). Republicans are attacking Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) for calling Zelensky a “thug” and the Ukraine regime “evil” and “corrupt” (tinyurl.com/2p92cyxm).

‘Emergencies’ and the Rule of Law

In a remarkable coincidence, as the rationale for the emergency powers to fight the COVID-19 pandemic started to wane, the government started pushing for confrontation with Russia and assuming war powers. Tucker Carlson noted that Biden immediately declared total economic war on Russia without pausing for public debate or congressional authorization. After destroying the ruble, he began seizing the private property of persons affiliated with that country without a trial or due process of any kind, or naming the crime that had supposedly been committed. This is unprecedented; the U.S. has always stood for the rule of law.

Instead of worrying about being declared an enemy of the state and having their bank account confiscated, Americans are only thinking about Ukraine. The other unprecedented development, Carlson stated, is the control that the tech monopoly exerts over Americans’ emotions. They are changing their social media avatars from BLM signs or mask-up slogans to Ukrainian flags.

One topic cannot be hidden: inflation. Biden denies that government spending has anything to do with it, but Carlson recalls that in the 2008 financial crisis the government assumed emergency powers to “save the economy”—with measures that have continued for 14 years. The Fed being out of tricks, as the allegedly roaring economy is based on asset inflation, not production, government is trying two measures: denying that it is happening, and blaming someone else: Vladimir Putin. [Note: U.S. inflation is more than twice as severe as in peer European countries.]

Attacking and destabilizing the global financial system will destroy the U.S.—not Putin. When the fog clears, the response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will be seen as the most destructive thing a President has ever done to America—and to the world, says Carlson (https://tinyurl.com/5n8smesz). Worse than the response to COVID-19?

Tip of the Month: Surprise office visits by a government agent are rare, but sometimes happen. It is important that you or your staff first verify the visitor’s identity by requesting a business card. Then it is typically unwise to answer questions without invoking your right to have an attorney present for you. One effective approach is to ask the visitor to email you any questions so that you can review and respond to them thoroughly at a more convenient time. The government agent will be insistent on asking “just a few questions” immediately, but be aware that innocent people are prosecuted merely for supposedly misleading a federal agent. There is no obligation to answer questions by an investigator, particularly someone who failed to schedule an appointment.

Doctors Sue California over Assisted Suicide

Legislation permitting assisted suicide, passed in 2016, promised an opt out for conscientious objection. But the amended law, SB 380, signed last fall,  while claiming that “participating” in assisted suicide is “voluntary,” defines “participation” very narrowly. Physicians could be liable for civil, criminal, administrative, or other penalty for refusal to take steps that authorize intentional killing. The Christian Medical and Dental Associations (CMDA) have filed a lawsuit requesting injunctive relief from SB 380’s provisions that violate medical professionals’ right to refrain from speech or action to assist intentional death (tinyurl.com/2p86xb33).

Information and Culture Wars

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been collecting COVID data for 2 years, with specific information on age, sex, vaccination status, race, hospitalizations, and deaths, but has been deliberately withholding it from the public. When it finally did release some data in February, it withheld figures on the effectiveness of boosters in 18–49-year-olds.

CDC cited “fear that the information might be misinterpreted”—for example, as showing “the vaccines being ineffective.” As Samuel Scarpino of the Rockefeller Foundation’s Pandemic Prevention Institute noted: “The CDC is a political organization as much as it is a public health organization.”

The American Academy of Pediatrics got an answer on the length of disease infectiousness from the New York Times. “[CDC has] known the answer for a year and a half, right, and they have not told us…. You can’t find out anything from them (NYT 2/21/22, https://tinyurl.com/2zxj2vps).

“By deliberately withholding data that did not support the government-approved narrative, and simply continuing with the mantra of wear masks and get vaccinated, the CDC has been one of the premier spreaders of true misinformation,” writes AAPS past president Lawrence R. Huntoon, M.D., Ph.D.

From CDC data, equity investment advisor Edward Dowd calculates that Millennials, age 25 to 40, experienced an 84% excess mortality in the fall of 2021, coinciding with vaccine mandates and boosters—a Vietnam War-size event. Dowd also examined the Pfizer clinical trial data obtained by whistleblower Brook Jackson, concluding that the data and the attempt to hide it “point to clinical fraud”  (https://tinyurl.com/2vkbph32).

The Defense Medical Epidemiological Database (DMED) has shown a startling increase in conditions that have been observed to be adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccines, but not in other conditions such as trauma. Because the information was widely shared, Dr. Anthony Fauci and the NIH must have known about it. Yet there was no mention of it until whistleblowers Samuel Sigoloff, Peter Chambers, and Theresa Long released unclassified raw data (https://tinyurl.com/24dd6ea3).

Only now has the Defense Health Agency’s Armed Forces Surveillance Division reviewed data in the DMED “and found that the data was incorrect for the years 2016-2020.”

Compared with 2020, reports of nervous system diseases, for example, are up by 968% in 2021, Guillain-Barré syndrome up 520%, and myocarditis up 184% (tinyurl.com/3xzk929c).

Just as with the war in Ukraine, there is an information war on the COVID front, with intelligence and counter-intelligence, psy-ops, censorship, and breakdown of the rule of law. What is the role of our once-trusted agencies and institutions: FBI, CIA, Dept. of Defense, CDC, NIH, FDA, organized medicine, and our once-great universities? Where do all parties stand on culture and governance? Are they for traditional Western civilization and ethics, or for radical Wokeism? For limited government and respect for inalienable individual rights, or for a totalitarian technocracy in the name of safety and security?

COVID-19 has allegedly claimed 9 million victims in the U.S. alone. How many were lost to the lockdowns or to vaccines—or to treatment denied? Was there mere incompetence—or also intent, and thus criminal liability? Are innocent people dying in Ukraine or from COVID measures due to a hidden agenda?

Correspondence

Denial at the CDC. There have been 57 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis following COVID-19 vaccination. The two boys cited in this article (tinyurl.com/vh24fe3u) were autopsy-proven cases of fatal myocarditis a few days following vaccination. Both were healthy before getting the shot. How can a CDC spokesman tell the Epoch Times that “we don’t have any confirmed deaths from myocarditis suffered post-vaccination at this time.”

Lawrence R. Huntoon, M.D., Ph.D., Lake View, NY

Heart Damage. As of Jan 16 there were 463 athlete cardiac arrests, with 263 dead, post COVID vaccine. The media pretends that this is not happening. There is no such thing as “mild” myocarditis. The heart muscle cells that die are not replenished, and the heart is scarred long-term.

Paul Elias Alexander, Ph.D., palexander.substack.com

The Status of Physicians. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that if you are a private citizen, working for a private company, it is unconstitutional for you to have a medical treatment forced upon you.  But if you are a medical worker, you do not have that same protection. The cancer of Medicare/Medicaid that our profession allowed to metastasize throughout virtually all of medicine has now begun to actively consume us. It apparent that the COVID panic/reaction was about population control, not keeping people healthy, and that the public health apparatus views patient and physician autonomy as dispensable as the truth.

The decision is based on false information. Why should we believe any claims from the factory that has produced an unbroken string of failure and lies? It is not about “saving lives,” but rather using the bodies of subject workers to offer to the public as trophies in the unending War on COVID. We are the servant class, not to be trusted or respected, and our value lies only in our obedience. We are living in a 1984 state of medicine.

Get Prepared. The sanctions on Russia might have only a modest impact there, especially if China does not join them. But Americans had better prepare. Lumber, petroleum, precious metals, iron, and cereal are all going to be affected by supply disruptions traceable to Russia or Ukraine. Do not rely on the legacy media to tell you what to think and how to respond. They cannot be trusted to tell the truth. They will spin everything and say whatever the government (or the World Economic Forum) wants them to say (https://tinyurl.com/3pz5red4).

Robert W. Malone, M.D.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid. Recent actions of the Canadian government show that it is concerned only about protests against its policies, not about COVID-19. Justice Minister David Lametti dodged questions about the terms and conditions the government is using to instruct financial institutions, but finally, after equating the Trudeau order to the same principles around terrorism, he said: “If you are a member of a pro-Trump movement who is donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to this kind of thing, then you ought to be worried” (tinyurl.com/mr36uz3a). Canada’s dragnet will encompass every part of the financial system (including securities dealers) in order to cut off the truckers from funding. Trudeau has been accused of almost  crashing the Canadian economy of banking, insurance, and real estate, single-handedly in just a few days.

The Great Reset. Diverse sources (tinyurl.com/5n7y82vz, tinyurl.com/2p8rvdd2, tinyurl.com/5a3w46hv) lead to the conclusion that the Great Reset is the over-arching background within which vaccine and other mandates must be understood. Historic de facto dismissal of foundational personal rights and draconian control of dissent and resistance are embedded into the entire pandemic response and utilize the pandemic itself as a tool or weapon to seize autocratic power. Big Government, Big Tech, Big Finance, Big Pharma, and even organized medicine are either purposefully, or unwittingly caught into the web of deception and  are complicit in allowing this all to happen.

Genetic Targeting? From a letter to Gov. Ron DeSantis: The FDA should be aware of the racial specificity of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 as potentially or actually causing racially specific harm…. The spike protein…involves both furin and TMPRSS2 protease cleavage sites. Both…seem to be preferentially found in black, brown and Native American populations…. [Also,]…the specific ACE2 receptor binding domain (RBD)…attracts black, brown, and Native American…ACE2 receptors but repels the ACE2 receptors of K26R found in [certain] others.

These findings suggest that not only should the Pfizer vaccine not be approved for young children but that the Pfizer vaccine stop being mandated in anyone until racially specific short-term and long-term damage may be elucidated utilizing computer modeling rather than human experimentation…. Please consider asking companies or intelligence units that have done computer modeling of the spike protein…[to] turn over their data to the FDA and unbiased physicians and others for review.
