Dr. Eck's non-government free clinic is helping thousands of patients that government-run programs have failed. Earlier this year her clinic helped a woman receive the surgery needed to enable her to walk for the first time in three years. Medicaid was unable to provide this patient with this critical procedure despite billions of dollars in taxpayer funding.
