Grace McGovern Based on Sebelius’ testimony today, there are no background screenings on the obamacare navigators, making it possible for felons to work as navigators. Sex offenders are felons, so it is conceivable that these criminals could learn the applicants address, children’s ages, and other pertinent information. DO YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THAT SEBELIUS?
