3-Judge Panel to Hear AAPS ObamaCare Lawsuit on Jan. 10

The AAPS lawsuit challenging ObamaCare is now one step below the U.S. Supreme Court in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

On January 10, 2014 a three-judge panel will hear oral arguments in this pivotal case.  The panel: two Reagan-appointed judges and one Clinton-appointee.

Our suit not only has the potential to end ObamaCare in this coming year, but it also seeks to stop HHS from implementing rules limiting the ability of Medicare patients to seek care from independent physicians.  This AAPS action has already caused the government to delay these unjust regulations.

With your additional help TODAY we can work even harder in the coming year to build on our previous successes and stop ObamaCare and other attacks on patients and physicians.

Because of your generous support, this fall AAPS filed a second lawsuit against ObamaCare challenging Obama's violations of his own law with his numerous arbitrary exceptions and exemptions. And just last week we stepped up to support a physician in New York denied due process rights by hospital administrators in a case that could profoundly impact the rights of other physicians and their patients.

This year we filed 17 amicus briefs in support of the private practice of medicine and also initiated an unprecedented legal challenge against MOC.

Help us continue these critical efforts to STOP ObamaCare and also expand our other work protecting doctors and patients. CLICK HERE to Contribute TODAY

THANK YOU!
