The term “iatrogenesis” (doctor-generated) was introduced into social science in 1976 by Ivan Illich in his book Medical Nemesis. Illich attacks the overmedicalization of society. This is part of the excessive professionalizing and bureaucratization of modern life, which limits freedom and justice, and corrupts and incapacitates individuals. Illich claims that iatrogenesis outweighs any positive benefits of medicine (https://tinyurl.com/5n7ubdps).
The extent of iatrogenesis is disputed. A widely quoted 2016 BMJ article claimed that the more than 250,000 in-hospital deaths in 2013 in the U.S. from medical errors were the third-leading cause of death. This was based on subjective definitions of error, unjustified assumptions about causation, and massive extrapolation, and should be retracted, write Gerard Gianoli and John Dale Dunn (https://tinyurl.com/bdf4dw3b). But everyone agrees that iatrogenesis occurs and is likely covered up by hospitals.
Adverse iatrogenic effects are generally unintended. But what if a medical intervention causes disastrous consequences on a massive scale that might be intended, at least by some, aided and abetted by physician complicity and (possibly) willful ignorance? Pediatrician and “medical heretic” Robert Mendelsohn (1926-1988) coined the term iatrogenocide, which Toby Rogers, Ph.D., applies to COVID-19 (https://tinyurl.com/bdhawkn5).
Iatrogenocide could involve several mechanisms: (1) Deliberate release of a pathogen; (2) blocking proper diagnosis and early containment; (3) imposing ineffective and destructive measures later, with people terrorized into acceptance; (4) suppressing use or even discussion of available effective treatments; (5) forcing standardized, harmful protocols on hospitalized patients; and (6) mass coercive use of a dangerous, ineffective vaccine.
The Body Count
The Political Instability Task Force estimated that 43 genocides occurred between 1956 and 2016 (60 years), resulting in about 50 million deaths.
In contrast, the number of deaths that might be attributed to the COVID jab range from nearly zero, according to officials, to more than 20 million, with more than 2.2 billion injured, as estimated by Peter Halligan of Cardiff University, Chief Scientific Adviser for Wales. Dr. Halligan adds the reports to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) and to the European Medicines Agency EudraVigilance system, multiplies by an under-reporting factor of 40, and multiplies again by 8 to globalize (https://tinyurl.com/mtuk59m3).
The assertion by the Lancet that the jab saved 20 million lives is based on mathematical modeling debunked by Roger Koops (https://tinyurl.com/mryby72n), among others.
Genocide is not simply a matter of numbers or outright murder. In 1948, the UN Genocide Convention defined genocide as any of five “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group”: killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group. Victims are targeted because of their real or perceived membership in a group, not randomly.
Current technology enables targeting genetically susceptible groups. And mandates and other policies, or distribution of certain lots of vaccine could be applied in a discriminatory fashion.
If we look beyond COVID to “social determinants of health,” the unholy alliance pushing for the “shot in every arm”—Pharma, Bill Gates, the World Economic Forum (WEF), the WHO, the Department of Defense, the global financial industry, and the tech industry—is also “actively destroying the food industry and the energy sector so they can monopolize the world economy,” writes Toby Rogers (https://tinyurl.com/4mxeauhw). And where is organized medicine? Not simply silent, but actively trying to destroy any who oppose the agenda.
The Depopulation Agenda
“I hope it [depopulation] can occur in a civil way,” said Dennis Meadows of the Club of Rome. “The planet can support something like a billion people, maybe 2 billion, depending on how much liberty and material consumption you want.” To have 8 or 9 billion would require a smart dictatorship and a low standard of living. His “optimistic” hope is that the reduction can be slow and equal (tinyurl.com/cvch88s3). For centuries, the global elite have broadcast their intentions to depopulate the world, even to the point of carving them into stone. (The mysterious, now demolished Georgia Guidestones set a ceiling of 500 million.) “And yet…we never seem to believe them” (tinyurl.com/mv329xpj).
The Green and the Woke agendas are anti-natal in result if not expressed intention. Lack of concern for or outright denial of COVID vaccine effects on fertility would serve this agenda—as would a higher death rate in fit and healthy young persons.
Pandemic Amnesty—or Accountability?
An article in The Atlantic calls for forgiveness for pandemic errors. Yes, we wore masks on a hike and kept schools closed for too long, but we were afraid and we didn’t know (tinyurl.com/bdzyvteb). The author does not mention the destroyed livelihoods or the death toll from withheld or dangerous treatment—or novel, possibly deadly coerced “vaccines.”
The authorities knew. They must be held accountable.
The Silence of the Doctors
As medical freedom has been abolished, and patients have been abandoned or subjected to harmful treatment, why have most doctors marched in lockstep and refused to speak up? Journalists and leading scientists have also failed to challenge the Narrative. Jeffrey Tucker, founder of the Brownstone Institute, considers the economics: highly credentialed professionals are not fungible. A fungible good is easily and equally converted from one form to another. A non-fungible one is stuck at what it is. Few who have spent 20 years or longer to gain a credential or a position or a pension will take the risk of losing it. The most expert academic may be as non-fungible as an acoustic piano.
“Think about people who…have been tellers of truth. Very often, they were retired. They were independent. They had a solid source of income from family or were wise investors,” Tucker writes. “You can trust your hairstylist more than a professor at the local university. She is free to speak her mind and he is not.”
Most people who have the ability to squelch the lies that are destroying our civilization refuse to step in “because they put their professional and financial interests above the moral obligation to tell the truth.” There is a crying need for intellectual sanctuaries for truthtellers, he states (https://tinyurl.com/48kbtkn9).
COVID-19 Vaccination Background
According to Dr. Robert Malone, the COVID vaccines are the result of work by the intelligence agencies and the bio-defense industrial complex to meet the need to rapidly counter biowarfare threats. The idea was to develop a “platform,” which could be used in many products, to deliver a “payload” genetically engineered to counter a specific threat. Through a change in terminology, the FDA could apply the vaccination regulatory checklist and bypass the gene therapy requirements. Normal rules were circumvented as intelligence agencies pushed their agenda through the administrative state structure.
The concept was to use mRNA like a drug that would be rapidly degraded by the immune response. But to make the mRNA last longer and reduce its inflammatory effect, uridine was replaced by pseudouridine, with effects that are not understood. Moreover, in the manufacturing process, a mixture of incomplete mRNAs are released, which are also biologically active.
The list of adverse events is huge, like nothing that has ever been seen with a vaccine. Nonetheless, the FDA assumes that no real testing is needed for similar products because the technology has already been deployed in billions of people worldwide.
Getting this technology accepted and distributed through the entire global population was considered so critical that government launched “the largest propaganda effort the world has ever seen” (https://tinyurl.com/2ndhz2xv).
Dr. Malone states that US/UK intelligence agencies (the “Five Eyes”) are actively using counter-insurgency tactics, psychological warfare, and blackmail operations against the organized health-freedom moment. “Virtually all the social media platforms are really weapons” (https://tinyurl.com/43erhv4s).

Information Heals
Pervasive problems are constraining the practice of medicine and interfering with scientific research. Those problems include: reality denialism, misunderstanding of evolving medical/scientific knowledge, pernicious political polarization, political narratives replacing objective reporting, and dis- and misinformation. A new informal database on topics its authors consider relevant is under development at neutralresearcher.substack.com. Current topics include microthrombosis in COVID-19, D-dimer dilemmas, innate vs. adaptive immunity, safety issues in puberty suppression, metaflammation and vaccines, and myocarditis.
Autopsies are urgently needed to elucidate the cause of sudden adult death syndrome. If the hospital or medical examiner refuses to do an autopsy, privately paid autopsies are available (https://tinyurl.com/mrxkmnf4). Ask that tissue be preserved in the event that further tests become available, such as specialized immunohistological staining.
Resolution Passed at 79th Annual Meeting
Be It Resolved That: the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons supports the right and duty of physicians to prescribe drugs and any medical treatment according to their own best judgment, with the commitment to do no harm to anyone, and Be it Further Resolved that the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons defends this right in its positions in accordance with free, open scientific debate on legislation, regulation, hospital medical staff bylaws, or licensure board actions, without criminalization, reprisal or retribution.
Planned Parenthood Agenda
In a 1969 memorandum (https://tinyurl.com/ezwhsfyk), Planned Parenthood vice president Frederick Jaffe outlined methods to decrease population growth. Voluntary means included: restructuring the family (e.g. delaying or avoiding marriage), encouraging homosexuality, encouraging women to work, discouraging private home ownership, and providing abortion and sterilization on demand. In case voluntary means proved inadequate, the memo mentioned compulsory abortion of out-of-wedlock pregnancies, and compulsory sterilization after two children except that a few would be allowed to have three.
Commentator Matt Walsh, who starred in What Is a Woman? One Man’s Journey to Answer the Question of a Generation, writes that Planned Parenthood has found a way to implement its mass sterilization plan (tinyurl.com/yrp2dn87). Some 35,000 people have received “gender-affirming” hormones at Planned Parenthood facilities (https://tinyurl.com/3m3nuhe3).

Pandemic v. Nuremberg Code
The COVID-19 pandemic is “forcing a reconsideration of the basic principles of medical ethics,” write Jonathan Moreno of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Judit Sándor of Central European University, and Ulf Schmidt of the University of Hamburg (Perspect Biol Med 2022;65:426-441). The ethical system “faces the challenge of realigning a (largely Western) framework that prioritizes respect for personal autonomy along with calls for greater social responsibility in public health ethics.”
They are concerned that “anti-vaxxers and right-wing politicians…have managed to appropriate and misconstrue the lessons of Nazi medical history in their misinformation campaigns.”
In the 2005 UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, “autonomy is not simply an individual right but includes a responsibility to others.”
The pandemic was a “stress test” for our ethics. Compared with the temporary suspension of rights during an acute emergency, the extended period of pandemic measures may have long-term consequences. “What were once unjustifiable constraints on autonomy in health-care decision-making may come to be accepted as normal.”
Sovietizing Science
The Information and Technology Services Department of the University of Michigan, in partnership with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion taskforce, is engaged in “Soviet-style ghost-chasing” in its constant change of terminology. Anna Krylov, who studied quantum chemistry at Moscow State University in the USSR, writes that she feels that she is living in an Orwellian twilight zone in the U.S., as she is now experiencing the Soviet legacy of censorship here. In the 1950s the Soviets justified it by the greater good of advancing World Revolution. In the U.S. in 2021, the greater good is “Social Justice.” Scientific concepts have to be re-named if the discoverer crossed an ideologically determined line. Some schools teach “the three fundamental laws of physics” rather than “Newton’s Laws” because Newton was white and the new ideology calls for “decolonizing” the curriculum.
“Cancellations” to maintain moral or ideological purity greatly hampered Soviet science. She writes that we cannot afford to abandon Merton’s principle of universality, which states that claims to truth are evaluated in terms of universal or impersonal criteria, and not on the basis of race, class, gender, religion, or nationality (https://tinyurl.com/39xp8jem).
ICAN Lawsuit Forces V-safe Data Release
After two lawsuits and 463 days, the CDC finally turned over data to Aaron Siri, lawyer for the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN). V-safe is the smartphone-based program that allows users to register after getting a COVID-19 vaccine and provide health check-ins. Of some 10 million individuals who registered and submitted data to V-safe, less than 4% of the persons vaccinated, 782,913 (7.7%) had a health event requiring medical attention, and more than 25% had an event that required them to miss school or work and/or prevented normal activities (https://tinyurl.com/y83fmdhr). Tip of the Month: Beware of fake DEA agents who might call your office. One member recently received a call from a “571” area code and it sounded very official, with a request to set up a 45-minute interview to see whether the physician’s DEA registration number was being misused. The caller provided a common name as the (fake) name of an agent, and said the line was being recorded, in order to make it look legitimate. A search of the phone number on the internet showed that it is suspected to be used by scammers. When called (with caller ID blocked using “*67”), the number had an odd computer-generated-type voice and improperly asked the caller to leave a message. Calling the DEA at the 800 number on its website confirmed that this was a scam that should not be complied with.
AAPS Files Amicus in Lindsey Graham Case
In an amicus brief, AAPS urged the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to quash the subpoena requiring Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) to testify before a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, and to stay the entire investigation (https://tinyurl.com/35jk4cdn).
“Our national elections have never before been at risk due to the decisions made by a grand jury in merely one partisan county…. Fulton County, controlled by one political party, should not be allowed to hold hostage, through reputation-harming subpoenas and recommendations of indictments, the other 3,141 counties…. [T]his Court should not allow the prosecutorial process to degrade into a political game of darts.”
“To threaten prosecution or haul someone before a distant grand jury for hostile questioning based on disputing a reported election result” chills First Amendment rights, AAPS points out.
“This is not to argue that Sen. Lindsey Graham—or the real target…, Donald Trump—is ‘above the law,’ but…they should not be treated worse under the law by being made political target practice through a misuse of prosecutorial authority.”
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas temporarily blocked enforcement of the summons.
Beyond Roe
Michigan’s Proposition 3, which is promoted as reinstating the abortion protections of Roe v. Wade in that state’s constitution, goes far beyond that. It legalizes abortion at any stage, without informed or parental consent, paid for by taxpayers. In addition, it creates a constitutional right for children to obtain “gender affirming” care without parental knowledge or consent. The state cannot infringe on “autonomous decision-making” or discriminate on the basis of age (https://tinyurl.com/2u5sdhba).
Two Hospitals Sued for Wrongful COVID Death
Kaiser Permanente and Redlands Community Hospital are being sued by widows Christina Briones and Evangeline Ortega for using remdesivir to treat their husbands’ COVID-19 diagnoses without the families’ knowledge or consent. Both men were healthy and at low risk of death from COVID, but died of renal failure. Ortega, whose lawsuit was the first wrongful death suit concerning remdesivir, alleged that the hospital failed to inform her that it would receive a financial bonus for using the drug (https://tinyurl.com/2v6d6983).
Correspondence
Patient Care Destroyed. A horrendous report from Australia recounts how a prominent composer, 35-year-old Tyson Illingworth, suffered a severe COVID-19 vaccine reaction and followed the advice of a neurologist to take the second dose, or “the first will be redundant.” A still more painful, permanently disabling reaction followed. “In Australia doctors are investigated and disciplined if they confirm in writing that a COVID vaccine has caused a patient injury,” he writes. “I had 5 different doctors confirm that my condition was caused by the vaccine, and they all said they cannot go on record.” When he got COVID, he was treated horrendously, like all the patients on the COVID ward.
Although Australia has a vaccine compensation scheme, all the lawyers he spoke to were fearful of being targeted.
California’s AB 2098 is like laws in Australia that can impose career-ending penalties on doctors who use their own training and experience to treat patients or express a different opinion that goes against government health consensus.

How the Expertocracy Works. Whether the issue is pornography in the library, masking, or mandated vaccines, school boards do not care about the vast majority of parents, who are furious and tireless, but about pleasing their real masters. There is no secret cabal, issuing complex orders, say about reducing the population. The masters are members of other boards and of the bureaucracies above them. Questioning or publicly doubting those above you is forbidden in the Expertocracy. Having this subservient attitude is a prerequisite for becoming a designated Expert. They were picked from a sea of credentialed people with expertise, not because they were intellectually superior, but because they knew, instinctively, what the rules of the game are. The Expertocracy is a filtering system, and one cannot advance if one challenges the Consensus. Bribes aren’t needed, though the big money sets the Consensuses. The coin of the realm is flattery, which if accepted enervates and leads to pandering and a stunted curiosity.

No Accountability. The Securities and Exchange Commission has ruled that publicly traded companies will have to take back the incentive pay of executives if it finds significant errors in their financial statements. Meanwhile, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has determined once again, as it does every year, that the books of the U.S. government are cooked. There will be no terminations over this, no cuts in pay, no cuts in pensions—and no public outcry. The media watchdog can’t be bothered with hundreds of billions of unaccounted dollars. Even if the public were made aware, Americans know that they are powerless to do anything, having been squished to insignificance under layers and layers and layers of government bureaucracy and millions of pages of undecipherable regulations.
