Charles Peeler As a health insurance agent for 21 years and someone who did about 400 ACA applications I see the following problems related to the 90 day rule: providers telling patients they will not accept their plan. BCBS TX has a PPO plan using their old PPO network and failure to accept ACA plans is a violation of their PPO contract and the provider must be :advised: that failure to treat the patients will/could result in termination of the entire BCBS TX PPO contract.
Micheál Dáithí Kendall Repeal the law and allow a free market system where the actual people receiving health care are actually directly playing the health care providers without any government intervention or third party (insurance) payments. Then, everyone will have real market value and know exactly how much things really cost. People can save up with medical savings accounts and have catastrophic insurance policies to cover extreme situations. But, with real market value, the prices will be 100s (even 1,000s) times less than what it is with third party payments and insurance companies making medical decisions that should be left to the doctor / patient relationships.
Alison Francis repeal it asap, its a piece of rubbish, gov cant handle the V.A and its exactly what will happen with OBAMA CARE
